These terms govern access to and use of SubTrackr.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using SubTrackr, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
SubTrackr provides tools for manually recording, organizing, monitoring, and reviewing recurring business expenses, vendors, renewal dates, cancellation deadlines, and related information.
No professional advice
SubTrackr is an organizational and informational tool. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, investment, or procurement advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate information, confirming dates and terms directly with vendors, reviewing contracts, acting on reminders, and cancelling third-party services yourself. SubTrackr does not cancel vendor contracts on your behalf.
Reminder disclaimer
Do not rely on SubTrackr as the sole source for legally or financially important deadlines. Notification delivery can be affected by email providers, configuration, outages, or technical failures and is not guaranteed.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You may not use the service unlawfully, seek unauthorized access, upload malicious code, interfere with service operation, abuse resources, commit fraud, resell access without permission, or circumvent security controls.
Subscription and trial
The SubTrackr plan is $17.52 per month and includes a seven-day trial. The checkout terms presented by the payment provider govern when charges begin and how the trial converts. Unless cancelled under those terms, the subscription may renew automatically.
Cancellation
Cancel through available account or billing controls. Cancellation stops future SubTrackr renewal according to applicable billing terms; it does not cancel any third-party expense recorded in the dashboard.
User data
You remain responsible for information you enter and permit SubTrackr to process it as necessary to provide the service.
Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting, networks, errors, security incidents, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Features may evolve over time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SubTrackr is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every reminder will arrive, every user-entered date is correct, every calculation is suitable for accounting, or use eliminates renewal mistakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubTrackr and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
