How SubTrackr handles account, business, and recurring-expense information.
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email, credentials, contact and business information, vendor records, recurring-expense information, notes, communications, and billing-related account information supplied through a payment provider.
How information is used
Information is used to create and authenticate accounts, provide dashboard features, calculate recurring spend, send operational messages and reminders, support subscriptions, respond to inquiries, maintain security, and improve the service.
Recurring expense data
You voluntarily choose which expenses, vendors, prices, dates, account references, payment nicknames, and notes to enter. Do not enter full card numbers or card security codes.
No bank access required
The core product does not require or request access to your bank account, accounting platform, corporate card feed, or email inbox.
Payment processing
Subscription payments may be handled by a third-party processor under its own terms and privacy policy. SubTrackr should not store full payment-card numbers or security codes.
Cookies and sessions
Essential cookies maintain login sessions, authenticate users, protect accounts, and operate site functions. See the Cookie Policy for details.
We may send verification, security, renewal-reminder, cancellation-deadline, billing, service, and support messages. Required transactional or security messages may still be sent when needed to operate the service.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet system guarantees absolute security. Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain legitimate records.
Account deletion
Request deletion through available controls or email [email protected]. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
Providers and children
SubTrackr may use third parties for hosting, email, payments, security, and infrastructure. The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
